We at Fruitland Manufacturing are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our mobile vacuum pumps. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines for our return policy:
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear.
- Items damaged due to operator error or improper operation.
- Items not in their original configuration or missing parts.
- Products without a valid proof of purchase.
Return Process:
Contact our Customer Service team at sales@fruitland-mfg.com or call 1-800-663-6552 to initiate the return process.
Please provide your order details and reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the return is approved.
Pack the item securely in a box or strap the item securely to a skid and include all components and any documentation. Attach the RMA clearly on the outside of the package.
Refund or Exchange:
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If an exchange is preferred, determination of this will be made by the customer service team.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
Warranty Returns:
Defective items covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced as per our warranty terms. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with the product.
